The Practice:

• Focus: General "Bread & Butter" ENT.
• Volume: 15-20 patients per day; minimal pediatrics (<2%).
• Schedule: 3-5 clinic days; 2 dedicated OR days per week.
• Support: Dedicated Front/Back Office and a Referral Coordinator.
• Facilities: One office and coverage at two local hospitals.
