Practice Setting

• Pediatric-only population at a Level I trauma center
• Team includes 2 pediatric ENT surgeons and 2 PAs
• EPIC EMR

Schedule

• OR: 7:30 AM-3 PM or 8 AM-5 PM
• Clinic: 8:30 AM-3:30 PM
• 12-hour call shifts with 30-min response
• Weekday and weekend mix available

Cases and Procedures

• Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, myringotomy with tubes
• Frenulectomy, laryngoscopy, abscess drainage
• Myringoplasty, septum cauterization, foreign body removal

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatric Otolaryngology
• Active Illinois license or willing to apply (site reimburses)
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, CSR required

Travel Accommodations

• Flights, lodging, rental car, and mileage fully covered
