Pediatric Otolaryngology Locums Physician - Illinois, 10 Shifts per Month

Pediatric ENT assignment in Illinois starting January 2026; 10 shifts/month with licensing costs fully covered.

Highlights

Practice Setting

• Level 1 trauma center with inpatient and outpatient mix
• Dedicated team: 2 Pediatric ENT surgeons, 2 experienced PAs
• Pediatric-only population
• Epic EMR

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts, Monday-Sunday rotation
• Night call included (in-house or phone)
• OR hours typically 7:30a-3p or 8a-5p; Clinic 8:30a-3:30p

Cases and Procedures

• Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, myringotomy with tubes
• Frenulectomy, abscess drainage, foreign body removal
• Myringoplasty, laryngoscopy, septum cauterization

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatric Otolaryngology
• Active Illinois license or willing to obtain (fees covered)
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, CSR required

Travel Accommodations

• Airfare, rental car, lodging, and mileage all reimbursed
